Nuestro municipio propone este servicio como resultado de la evolución natural del gobierno electrónico o digital hacia lo que nosotros llamamos sGov o “gobierno de servicios” donde el centro es el ciudadano, donde los municipios escuchan y responden en tiempo real en un marco de colaboración en red. Esto nos permite reducir considerablemente el tiempo y cantidad de los reclamos, así como mejorar la calidad de los mismos.
