Description:-
The Supreme Court stayed the government's order to make Aadhaar card mandatory for PAN holders and said it can't be made mandatory for filing Income Tax returns. However, the apex court added that those who have Aadhaar must provide its details while filing Income Tax returns.
Aadhaar and Permanent Account Number (PAN) must be linked. In case, they are not linked, then the PAN number will be cancelled. The Rule is going to be applicable from 1st July 2017, therefore every PAN card holder must link his PAN card with Aadhar card.With the use of this app you can link your PAN card with Aadhar card easily & quickly.
