VitaMed was created by Dr. James Atkins, MD with over 30 years of experience and Lori Gonzales, a physician assistant with over 15 years of experience. Over the years they have noticed that more medications are being available over the counter. They kept seeing patients try and treat themselves, but the patients were often making the wrong medication choices and decided to contribute their knowledge and experience to develop a unique search algorithm that will help other patients.

They also added in convenient filters for flavor or liquid vs pills, gluten-free options and so much more.

VitaMed is the bridge between doctors, healthcare professionals and drugstores.
