Network of Care
The Network of Care application is used to promote contact with care service customers, their family members and the care staff. The service allows family members to follow the daily routines of their loved ones and contact the nursing staff electronically. Nursing staff can also keep the family members up-to-date on the health and everyday life of their loved ones.
The application includes a calendar, among other things.
Family members can use the calendar feature to view the nursing unit’s programme, as well as calendar entries and past events for their loved one. The contact information of the nursing unit and designated nurse is also easy to find in the messaging system. Check whether your family’s nursing unit use the Network of Care service and start using it yourself!
Getting started with Network of Care
1. If your family member’s nursing unit uses Network of Care, you can log in to the service on the omaisviestinta.fi website. You can also download the service directly on your smartphone or tablet, or use the application on a computer browser.
2. If the nursing unit does not currently use Network of Care, please fill in the contact form. We will forward it to the service provider.
