15:00 would be displayed as a full yellow circle.
Straight after passing 20:00 a blue circle starts to
grow from the centre outwards.
Within an hour the blue circles grows until it has
filled up the yellow one. When it reaches 21:00
the next colour appears and grows with the same
process.
