I have been in Wellness, Fitness and Performance now for over 30 Years. It all really started in my adolescent years, however officially in 1983 teaching my first class “Stretch and Tone”. The Next thing you know I was working for St Thomas Sports Medicine Center doing rehab and conditioning…The Cooper Continuous Education/ Fitness Center personal training and teaching group exercise classes… Two Sports Agents for Athletic performance… to eventually my own Studio E where we packed the house with yoga, and held numerous creative cross training classes as well as hours of personal and group training sessions.
I wake up every morning with a desire to inspire myself and others to be more efficient, effective, and use adequate effort for a more successful lifestyle. My accomplishments have been in Lifestyle Coaching, Yoga Instructing, Peak Performance, Time/Tension Resistance, Functional, Strength and Creative Movement Training. My clientele is all inclusive consisting of children, celebrities, athletes, and elders.
Everyone knows, although they may not practice, balance is constant. Being centered nimble and adaptable can be a learned skill, just by slowing it down and being still to sense your options is so beneficial. Meditation and Brain/ Emotional State management is an essential technique I like to implement assisting those in handling modern day madness and chaos. Subliminal music is a wonderful and fun tool I also use to help those tap into the sub and super conscience mind to relinquish unproductive thoughts and patterns.
