Changelog ? Planning your workouts just became more flexible. Workout days in your diary can now be freely copied, moved, and switched with each other.
? The stats section now includes a timeline feature for each lift. The timeline shows you the dates of your heaviest lifts and your One Rep Max records. This is incredibly useful for identifying high performance periods and making smart decisions about your programming.

Changelog • You can now adjust the start date and Training Maxes of active programs (for now this only works for regular programs - not barbell complexes - that you run after installing the update.)
• Turning a group into a superset has been improved: sets now always end up in the correct order and they do so a bit faster.
• Deleting and adding multiple sets in a row should no longer affect the order of sets.
• Some minor bug fixes.
