neXjob.in the world’s first ever platform which gives you an employment oriented social networking services that operates via websites and mobile. It provides platform to its members to search for desirable job opportunities and to act as an independent recruiter to refer other individuals and make financial incentive in the process.
One of the biggest problems that India faces today is unemployment, while there are number of positions in government and private sector that remain open for a very long period. One of the key reasons for this lag time is - not been able to find the right match. This innovation aims to bridge the gap by empowering professionals to refer relevant profiles of their fellow members on this social networking site and earn an incentive for their referrals that get selected.
• Financial gain would work as a motivation for professionals to refer right profiles from the social networking site & their enhanced engagement would help get the positions close faster. Referral through social connects would also help decrease offer drop-out rate since prospective candidates would have greater clarity about organizations culture and job profile
• The second problem this solution would help with is pollution and traffic. Working professionals spend about 15-20 hours in a week to commute to their workplace and back. This innovation helps professionals search their “jobs by radius” and select the nearest possible options thus preventing avoidable travel and hence contributing to reduce traffic, traffic jams and pollution.
• Thirdly, we don’t have any NLP (Natural Language Processing) enabled job portals, which would assist one and all - even differently abled members to actively participate in the process.
We believe none of the existing social networking platform is catering to solve all these problems.
Market Limitations: - None of the platform is using “search by radius” as a prominent job search feature neither of them provide financial motivation to members for referring the right candidates. And there is no job portal currently is NLP (Natural Language Processing) enabled.
