Makeup products, like eye shadow, mascara and eyeliner, all help highlight and darken eyebrows. Eye shadow is the easiest product to use for highlighting the eyebrows because it doesn't clump or mat the brow hair. Mascara and eyeliner can also be used to create a defined look.

If your unruly eyebrows are catching your eye every time you look in the mirror, the time may have come to tame them. The thought of tweezing or waxing may make you cringe, but worry not. You can groom your eyebrows without painfully ripping out the hairs. You won't be able to substantially change the shape of your eyebrows without tweezers. However, you can make your brows appear more neat, which may boost your self-confidence.

It’s a lot easier than it sounds and for this tutorial or How-To, we’ll use the photos to the right as our guide.
Things you will need: Tweezers, White eyeliner( or something to mark your points-for beginners) and a pencil ( you can use the white eyeliner if you'd like)

Eyebrow Line

Step 1
Use an eyebrow brush or clean toothbrush to brush your eyebrows in the direction of growth. This will create a smooth canvas, allowing for a neat design.

Step 2
Draw the line that you would like to shave, using a white eyeliner pencil. Eyebrow lines are usually one or two triangles, at the top of the arch on one eyebrow.

Step 3
Position a brow razor at the edge of the line. Gently drag it down, following the white pencil mark until you reach the tip of the triangle. Use a half-inch brow razor with a long handle. These are not as sharp as regular razors, and feature a long handle for safety. They take off less hair than an electric razor. The fine tips make them ideal for achieving a thin line.

Step 4
Re-position the razor at the edge of the adjoining line, and drag it down to the tip to remove the hair in the opposite direction of growth.

Step 5
Brush your eyebrows back in the direction of growth again, to note whether all of the hair under the white liner has been removed. Touch up the area if necessary.
