The official application MyPass enables you to receive the latest information about your Südtirol/AltoAdige Pass directly on your phone. You can retrieve information about your account such as, for example, your effected travels, your current account balance, the accumulated kilometers and information about your contract. Furthermore, if your phone is equipped with an NFC reader, you can read additional information directly from your card, for example, your recent validations.

INFO: This application is exclusively for Südtirol/AltoAdige Pass users with a valid and active user account on www.sii.bz.it. An account can be created during the application or in a second step under www.sii.bz.it/suedtirolpass/index.php?page=users.new_register

KNOWN ISSUES: Up until version 1.2.3 of MyPass the login may result in the following error on some Samsung devices:
"The web page ... might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address".
This error occurs when using the standard browser ("Internet" or "Browser") and is due to an erroneous behaviour of the browser after the successful login. To circumvent the problem please use another browser during the login, eg. Chrome. If necessary install an alternative browser and clear the default value for "Internet, respectively "Browser", if any, under "Settings" -> "Default applications".
From version 1.3 upwards this error is resolved by using an appilcation internal WebView instead of an external Browser.
