MyChime is a really simple hourly chimer/time announcer. Configure it to only chime (using the classic digital watch beep), only speak the time (12 or 24h clock) or both. It can also be configured to perform its hourly actions only at a defined time interval or only when a headset is connected.
The app is also accessible to hard of hearing people: you can set it to vibrate every hour.
