Choose from “I want to net” or “I want my loan payment to be”, or simply input the sales price to determine the fees involved in your real estate transaction. This app helps sellers estimate what they will receive after selling a property and also what buyers will need to bring to the closing table to complete their purchase. The flexibility of this app allows you to make qualified decisions utilizing real numbers so you can quickly answer questions about proceeds, payments, cash to close and more - expect much more than the average net sheet app!
