How to install mSampark, Chandigarh APK for PC (Windows and MAC)?

• Step 1: Download an Android Emulator (Bluestacks, GenyMotion, NoxPlayer, LDPlayer...)
• Step 2: Install android emulator downloaded in step 1 on your PC
• Step 3: Download mSampark, Chandigarh APK from AndroidAppsAPK with x86 or Universial version
• Step 4: Open Android Emulator and Drag and Drop file in.gov.chdit.e_sampark_1.1.0.apk you have downloaded in step 3 to Emulator screen
• Step 5: Enable "Unknown source" if need
• Step 6: You Already install mSampark, Chandigarh APK, now you can open it
