Sitting down for too long is unhealthy. This app keeps track of how long you've been sitting down, and after a certain time, reminds you to go for a walk.
You get to
-- set when to get a reminder (anywhere between 20 minutes and 120 minutes)
-- choose what days this works on (for example, Monday to Friday)
-- and choose what times this works between (for example, you might only want to get a reminder between 8 am and 5 pm)
The app has a very simple user interface, which tells you how long you've been sitting or moving, and when you should expect to move. Once you start moving (walking, running, jumping, etc.) it will wait around half a minute before it accepts that you are indeed moving, so don't try to cheat the app!
