mnmull_mos apex/nova/go theme

A mnmmull theme featuring the colors of the man of steel.brbrOriginal inspiration came from a man of steel themed Dodge Ram, a wallpaper with that truck is included as well.brbrCold rolled blue steel with a stamped logo in shinning chrome held together with a crimson border. This is not meant take over the focus of your wallpaper, but the small little details will keep you looking back.brbrAll icons are included at 192x192 and will scale down to run on all tablets and phones with xxhdpi and lower resolution.brbrThanks to blaze#39;s theme template, there is a mnmull_mos app included that will help you get started to apply these icons to Go, Aviate, Nova, Apex, Adw, Holo and more supported!brbrThere are some wallpapers included as well, those can be set via the mnmull_mos application.brbrThis is my first icon release for Android.
