A note from the developer
I, the developer of this app, have struggled with anxiety and negative thought patterns throughout my life. I often felt unhappy and my anxiety stopped me from doing the things I want. Until recently I never considered seeking help. I just waited and hoped for an epiphany that would change the way I am. Unfortunately, this never happened so I decided to visit a psychologist.

Talking to a psychologist helped me a lot and I strongly encourage you to seek a psychologist if you are feeling down for a considerable amount of time. Mindshift contains a collection of insights and exercises that I found helpful in the sessions with my psychologist. It helped me understand what was wrong with my mindset and how to think differently. I hope it will benefit you too, and that you feel better with time.

About Mindshift
This app contains a collection of insights and daily exercises about common negative thought patterns. This includes exercises based on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT). The insights are designed to give you an understanding of how a negative mind works and how to change to a more positive mindset. The exercises let you put these insights into practice.

The aim is to do these exercises regularly, preferably every day. You also have to set your happiness level. When the day is over, the app automatically saves your exercises and stores them in your history. This results in a diary of challenged thought patterns. It should provide insights into your common negative thought patterns. And if the exercises work for you, you should gradually feel happier.
