MILD Trainer is a tool to increase prospective memory by using a technique formulated by Dr. Stephen Laberge (Author of "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming") after discovering most people lack the prospective memory required to successfully achieve MILD.

Featuring a full guide to Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams, the preparation required and the technique itself.

*This app is made with the expectation you have some basic lucid dreaming knowledge and as a result does not cover the foundations of lucid dreaming (Reality checks, sleep schedule, dream recall etc.). How does it work?
Each morning the app will set up a list of everyday items or 'events' you are likely to encounter at least once during your day. (Pick your own or let the app create them).
