How to install MGWPR for PC?

How to install MGWPR APK for PC (Windows and MAC)?

• Step 4: Open Android Emulator and Drag and Drop file com.dream71.modinaissuetracker_1.8.apk you have downloaded in step 3 to Emulator screen
• Step 5: Enable "Unknown source" if need
• Step 6: You Already install MGWPR APK, now you can open it

Fix some error when install MGWPR APK?
