Our programs empower you to manage stress, burnout, depression, and/or anxiety. During the course of 8-12 weeks, you will improve your mental health, build resilience and have access to
1. A one-on-one consultation and ongoing chat support from a personal coach or licensed therapist who’ll address your needs and goals.
2. Daily activities based on evidence-based practices like mindfulness, emotion intelligence and behavioral activation, and/or guidance on nutrition and sleep.
3. A community of people participating at the same time as you to support you along the way.
4. An HRV Biofeedback device & complementary practices that will teach you how to self-regulate your physiological state (for therapy programs)
