In der Mein BASE App stehen folgende Services zur Verfügung:
 
• Aktuellen Datenverbrauch tagesaktuell abfragen
• Online-Rechnungen und Einzelverbindungsnachweise der letzten Monate ansehen und downloaden
• Daten verwalten: Adresse, Bankverbindung, Rechnungsart, Datennutzungseinwilligung oder Passwort jederzeit ändern
• Status Ihrer BASE Optionen abfragen und diese wechseln, buchen oder entfernen
• Mailbox und Rufnummernübermittlung bequem aktivieren oder deaktivieren
• Antworten auf alle wichtigen Fragen finden - im umfangreichen FAQ Bereich
• Ihr Smartphone besonders komfortabel für mobiles Internet einstellen
• Mit Hilfe des Online-Formulars schnelle Kundenhilfe nutzen
• Per App-Hub die BASE Cloud (Leerzeichen einfügen) oder Apps von Kooperationspartnern direkt aus der App starten/installieren
• In der Mitteilungszentrale „Meine Benachrichtigungen“ jederzeit alle aktuellen Infos auf einen Blick finden (z.B. wenn Ihre neue BASE Rechnung vorliegt)
• Push-Nachrichten aktivieren, um stets auf dem Laufenden zu sein
• Feedback zur App direkt aus der App heraus senden und mit der Shopsuche einen BASE Shop in Ihrer Nähe finden und dorthin navigieren
 
 
Bitte beachten:
• Geeignet für Android 2.3.3 oder höher
• Funktioniert auch per WLAN
• Die Möglichkeit, Optionen zu ändern, steht aus Sicherheitsgründen nur Privatkunden mit BASE Laufzeitvertrag zur Verfügung, die für Mein Konto registriert sind. Noch nicht registriert? Kein Problem, auch das ist direkt über die Mein BASE App möglich
• Die App zeigt Ihnen den Netto-Datenverbrauch des laufenden Kalendermonats. Dabei wird der Datenverbrauch im Mobilfunknetz innerhalb Deutschlands berücksichtigt (ohne WLAN, ohne Roaming).
• Um Ihre Rechnung einsehen zu können, wählen Sie bitte die Option „Online-Rechnung“ z.B. direkt in der App unter „Meine Daten > Rechnungseinstellungen“
• BASE übernimmt keine Gewähr, falls das System in Ausnahmefällen kurzfristig aufgrund technischer Störungen nicht zur Verfügung stehen sollte
 
Warum benötigt die App Zugriff auf Standortinfos, Kontakte, Internet und kostenpflichtige Dienste?
Die Zugriffsrechte dienen ausschließlich dazu, dass Sie die Funktionen der Mein BASE App nutzen können. Wir von BASE schützen Ihre Daten bestmöglich und setzen die Zugriffsrechte sonst in keiner Weise ein.
 
Die Mein BASE App muss bestimmte Funktionen des Betriebssystems direkt ansprechen können, weil sie z.B. eine Shop-Suche bietet, Daten in Echtzeit via Internet abgleicht und Anrufe bei der Kundenhotline bzw. den BASE Shops ermöglicht. Unter kostenpflichtige Dienste ist z.B. der Anruf bei unserer Kundenhotline gemeint - die jeweiligen Minutenpreise sind transparent aufgeführt.
 
Wichtig: Die Mein BASE App unternimmt nicht selbstständig Anrufe - diese müssen von Ihnen aktiv angeklickt und bestätigt werden. Die Installation ist nur möglich, wenn Sie den Zugriffsrechten zustimmen. New in Version 3.10

Please note:
• Suitable for Android 2.3.3 or higher

• The app will show you the net data usage of the current calendar month. Here, the data consumption in the mobile network within Germany considered (without WLAN, without roaming).
• To view your bill, please select the option "online bill" for example, directly in the app under "My Account> Billing Preferences'
• BASE assumes no liability if the system should not be placed at short notice in exceptional cases due to technical faults available

Why the app requires access to location information, contacts, Internet and paid services?
The access rights for the sole purpose that you can use the functions of My BASE App. We protect your data from BASE best and set the permissions otherwise in any way.

The Mein BASE can appeal app has certain features of the operating system directly, for example because they a Shop Search provides, synchronizes data in real time via the Internet and enables calls to the hotline or the BASE Shops. Among paid services is as the call meant for our customer hotline - the respective prices per minute are shown transparent.

Important: The My BASE App undertakes not automatically calls - they must be actively clicked and confirmed by you. The installation is only possible if you agree to the access privileges.
