MCA (Masters in Computer Applications) is the most prestigious course of Patna University. The course was started in the Department of Statistics, in the year 2010 under the Directorship of the Head of Department of Statistics, Prof.(Dr.)Arun Kumar Sinha. Prof.(Dr.) Rama Shanker Mishra was assigned as the Co-ordinator of the course.
