玩家可以透過遊戲的虛擬搖桠來控制蠷宮裡的角色的上下左右移動，遊戲內分成四種難度簡單、普通、困難、地獄。簡單模式在限制時間80秒內只要在蠷宮尋找逃出的出口即可破關。普通模式在限制時間80秒內則需要蒐集到鑰匙，並找到出口即可破關。困難模式在限制時間80秒內需要找到鑰匙和寶箱的指定物品，並找到蠷宮的出口，才能通關。地獄模式要通過蠷宮堅須蒐集兩樣物品及不能碰到蠷宮內的牆壁，並找到出口才能破關，碰到牆壁會讓角色在原來的起點出發。
