Que el Honorable Congreso de la Unión, se ha servido dirigirme el siguiente
DECRETO
EL CONGRESO GENERAL DE LOS ESTADOS UNIDOS MEXICANOS, DECRETA:
SE EXPIDE LA LEY GENERAL DE INSTITUCIONES Y PROCEDIMIENTOS ELECTORALES; Y SE REFORMAN Y ADICIONAN DIVERSAS DISPOSICIONES DE LA LEY GENERAL DEL SISTEMA DE MEDIOS DE IMPUGNACIÓN EN MATERIA ELECTORAL, DE LA LEY ORGÁNICA DEL PODER JUDICIAL DE LA FEDERACIÓN Y DE LA LEY FEDERAL DE RESPONSABILIDADES ADMINISTRATIVAS DE LOS SERVIDORES PÚBLICOS.
ARTÍCULO PRIMERO. Se expide la Ley General de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales.
