◆ The concept of Japanese Dojo
This application to study Japanese words is inspired by “KIHON GEIKO(basic training)” in Karate.
While practicing karate, I just found this way of the basic training must be applicable to learn foreign language.
In other words, the following elements will make it easier and more effective to memorize foreign words;
- shout (following the sound)
- repeat (in the rhythm)
- pump it up
This way, you can use not only your eyes but your ears and mouth. And repeating creates RHYTHM, which also helps you to retain what you learned.
"Pump it up" is closely related to concentration. Without that, you cannot learn anything efficiently.

◆ About part1 (of Japanese Dojo)
This part1 includes about 330 Japanese words(noun and pronoun), which are all important and practical. It's worth your time to learn them.
◆ How to use (quite SIMPLE and EASY)
Press the “Start!” button downside of the screen.
Following "KIAI WO IRETE! (Pump it up!)" or "HAJIME! (Start!)", randomly selected 3 words are displayed and pronounced 5 times for each word.
As mentioned above, you should shout in pace with the sound when possible.
After that, the training is finished with the voice "YAME! (Stop!)".
Press the “Continue training” button, and you can continue your study. Keep it up!
◆ ATTENTION
This app uses "text to speech" function on android to read Japanese words.
If Japanese voice data has not been installed on your device, you have to install it.
For example, you should go to
Settings --> Voice input and output --> Text-to-speech settings --> Install voice data
