J-Rocks adalah band dari Jakarta yang berdiri pada 9 November 2003 dengan personel Iman Taufik Rachman (vokal dan gitar), Sony Ismail Robayani (gitar), Swara Wimayoga (bass), dan Anton Rudi Kelces
(drum). Aliran band ini adalah Japanese pop/rock, pop, rock, dan rock alternatif.
Awalnya band ini bernama J-Rockstars. Penambahan huruf "J" di depan kata Rockstar adalah dengan alasan J bisa berarti Jepang (karena mereka memainkan Japanese pop/rock music), Jakarta karena mereka berasal dari Jakarta, serta 'Jujur' yaitu memainkan musik yang benar-bener mereka sukai. Nama J-Rockstars akhirnya disingkat menjadi J-Rocks, dan nama J-Rockstars menjadi istilah untuk penggemar J-Rocks (biasa disingkat JRS). Sejak tahun 2008, J-Rocks mulai mengenakam kostum batik dengan desain modern namum tetap dengan dandanan ala Harajuku, dan mempromosikan batik kepada kawula muda. The addition of the letter "J" in front of words Rockstar is the reason J could mean Japan (since they play Japanese pop / rock music), Jakarta because they come from Jakarta, as well as 'Honest' which is to play music that was Bener they prefer. J-Rockstars name eventually shortened to J-Rocks, and the J-Rockstars name became the term for fans of J-Rocks (commonly abbreviated as JRS). Since 2008, J-Rocks began mengenakam batik costumes with modern design namum still dressed Harajuku style, and promote batik to the youth.
