The concept of the Kiwi Loyalty Card arose from hearing the comment ‘I wish someone would come up with an app for all my coffee cards’.
After researching other ‘loyalty’ apps and reading feedback from people that installed them, it was apparent that a different approach was needed, one that followed the KISS approach of Keep It Super Simple.
What was not needed were the add-on extras that were so often complained about - like geo-location not working, cards not being correctly read, credits not being applied correctly, poor cellular connections - just to name a few.
