1.Bahwa Al Hallaj [ penganut Wihdatul Wujud ] tidak pantas untuk dihukum mati karena sebenarnya al Hallaj tidak melakukan kesalahan, padahal jelas-jelas kita ketahui bahwa perkataan al Hallaj ini yang berbunyi " Tidak Ada di dalam jubahku ini melainkan Allah" telah dicap oleh banyak ulama sebagai ucapan yang sangat sesat demikian juga paham paham sesat lainnya yang menyeret dirinya dihukum mati.
