We used to call this game " Cat Guts" in elementary school and we played it with pencil and paper. As there is already a game with that name, it was renamed to "Join&Win".
It is a game for two persons ( or one practicing ). Join&Win consists in joining the numbers with a line, using the finger and taking turns with the other player, without touching a line or another number. If a player stops drawing the line ( by lifting the finger ) the line is considered incomplete and the game is lost. The games is also lost if the player "goes back" on the line or crosses it. It is not a game of speed, time does not count. It is a game of precision.
The winner gets 2 points per game. If there is a tie, each player receives 1 point.
Using the menu you can access a preferences dialog where you can store the "Nicks" of the players and select whether the match is at 4 , 6, 8 or 10 games .
The numbers that you have to join, flash in order to help finding them. On the top bar, the circle is yellow when the program waits for the player in turn to start the stroke of the line.
Once you have started the trace, the color of the circle is green which helps you to know that the line is drawing and changes the color to yellow once the matching number has been reached.
