*** FAQ ***
Q: What does this app do?
A: Reports a spam call/SMS, also known as Unsolicited Commercial Communication(UCC), to the concerned authority.

Q: How is it different from other spam blockers apps?
A: Other apps work locally. Which means they hide UCC from your phone. This app, however, offers something more permanent. Reported number will *never* be able to send a UCC again.

Q: How does it do that?
A: It extracts these info - time, date, and number. Formats them into a string and sends it to 1909(specified by TRAI).

Q: Can I do it without this app?
A: Sure! But do keep a notebook handy to note down all details and then compose them into a formidable looking string. :)

Q: What happens when I report a UCC.
A: It depends on your operator. Here is what happens with Vodafone(Delhi). I get a confirmation from 1909 about my report. I also get a complaint number. Within next two days a customer care representative calls me and tells me that they have issued a warning to the sender. There are fines for second incidence etc.

Q: Does it cost me money?
A: No. 1909 is toll-free.

Q: Why do I keep getting errors about wrong format?
A: Because network operator implements their own format, even though TRAI has specified one universal format.

Q: What can I do about it?
A: Use "Report Error" button in app.

Q: Why don’t I see all my calls/SMS.
A: This is a feature. TRAI directs that UCC should be reported within 3 days of receiving. So I hide SMS/calls older than three days.

Q: Cool. I like your app. Is something you expect?
A: Yes, in fact. I hate spam as much as you do. That’s why I created this app(notice, no ads). But for it to effective, more people should start using it. So I urge you to spread the word. Use inbuilt Facebook integration to tell your friends
