IFFI 2016 Smartphone App brings to you a myriad spectrum of colours from the 47th International Film Festival of India, Goa from 20th- 28th November, 2016. The App has been designed and maintained by the New Media Wing of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India.
An extremely user-friendly App, IFFI 2016 hosts multi-faceted features including film trailers, film screening schedules, and interactions with nationally and internationally acclaimed filmmakers and celebrities.
This interactive App brings alive the International Film Festival on your smartphones by live streaming of an array of events straight from the venue. These include inaugural and closing ceremonies of the festival. Also, all the Master Classes with the experts of the film fraternity can be viewed live on your smartphone through this App.
Intrinsic details have been kept in mind to give users an enriching experience on the App. Users can share updates from the App on their Social Media accounts by an easy share option.
Talkathon- A unique initiative by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting providing a platform for Twitter users across the world to engage directly to the guest/s by using hashtag #IFFITalkathon which will be live-streamed on IFFI 2016 App. You can be a part of these Talkathons through this App by posting questions live via @MIB_India, the Twitter handle of Ministry of Information and Broadcasting.
