The Care Team can securely share vital information with each other anytime, anywhere. This Team Care approach helps facilitate and expedite care delivery. The “Patient-named” Collaborative Chat Groups can function like an ad-hoc Health Record where all chats, files, images, videos, and link can be shared within the secured group and archived for future reference.
