Hi Chat is an application that allows you to chat and get acquainted for free and without any registration with an email or number, you can start chatting. Friends around you, and the application allows you to share videos and stories with friends within the application

The first set of terms and conditions
1- It is prohibited to promote sexual content in any form, except in the name, in the photo, or in the content of the personal account
2- When you enter the chat room, you are obligated to agree to the rules of the room. Otherwise, the owner of the room, the supervisor or the observer has the right to take action against you, except to expel, ban or mute.
