Health Assistant and Advisor is a complete product for people who care about their health, appearance and physical condition. The application is equipped with 12 modules. Each test result or measurement is described by a commentary prepared by specialist doctors. The program, based on your profile, displays only those modules that directly apply to you. The application allows for the interpretation of the following measurements:
- blood pressure,
- pulse (heart rate),
- the level of sugar in the blood,
- blood cholesterol levels including LDL, HDL and TG fractions,
- INR.

In addition, you can determine the value of BMI (Body Mass Index) and WHR (Waist-to-hip ratio) and analysis of these parameters’ changes over time, allowing for example, the analysis of the effectiveness of low-calorie diet. Clear graphs allow to analyze the time spent on different sports activities and to analyze changes in body weight, which is an additional element that increases the effectiveness of weight loss. For smokers we have included an additional module aimed in help to quit smoking. Women have the ability to analyze their menstrual cycle. The program determines the estimated time of the first day of next menstrual cycle and fertile days using Holt method.

Remember! Despite the fact that the program functions and its medical advice were consulted by the doctors, they are only based on statistical data, not on direct physical examination. That is why they should be considered only as a guide, not as a diagnosis. They may not be the only source of information when making decisions about your health.
