Rosh Hashanah or Rosh Hashanah is a Jewish New Year, one of the most significant holidays, which is celebrated on the new moon of the autumn month of Tishrei (September-October). It symbolizes not only the beginning of the year according to the Jewish calendar, but also the beginning of the days of repentance, when the Lord decides the fate of a person for the next year. The Jewish New Year lasts only two days and each year on different dates, as it depends on the lunar calendar.
