Centre esportiu “LESMILLS” situat a Palafrugell amb tres sales per a activitats dirigides on s’ofereixen classes aeròbiques, de càrdio, tonificació i de consciència corporal i equilibri. Entre les classes que oferim trobaràs body attack, fit-bike, G.A.C., sh’bam, body pump, steps, pilates, cx work, body balance, zumba o aerokik, entre d’altres. Disposem d’una gran sala de fitness, pàrquing privat i pista de pàdel.
