ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION, ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION, INTERNET, ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, MAPS_RECEIVE and READ_GSERVICES are all required by the latest Google Maps API v2.
