Games Village is a highly residential, serene and gated community in Abuja. The sprawling development was funded by the Federal Government of Nigeria and was initially used to accommodate all the
athletes from participating countries in the 8th All Africa Games in 2003. The 550 units of 3 and 4 bedroom terraced apartments was later sold to eventual allottees who paid full.
