Som pescadors a Palamós des de 1913. Fa més de 100 anys que la nostra família va fer port a la vila de Palamós procedent de l'Ametlla de Mar. Després de molts anys en aquest ofici sabem que, tot i tenir un producte d'alta qualitat, es deteriora amb molta facilitat. A GiX hem decidit fer un nou esforç d'inversió adequant a la nostra barca tota la tecnologia necessària per tal d'aconseguir un producte fresc, sense additius ni posteriors manipulacions, pensat especialment per el consumidor final, amb una garantia de conservació superior gràcies al procés emprat i al fet de garantir un producte que procedeix directament del pescador.

GiX ofereix la millor de les opcions per assaborir la veritable gamba de Palamós de la mà del pescador. A partir de les 17.30 h la nostra barca arriba a port després d'un dia de pesca. Si veniu a visitar-nos, podreu conèixer la nostra barca i degustar la nostra pesca. Us preparem 150 g. de gamba mitjana de Palamós acabada de pescar. Vosaltres mateixos la podeu portar a un restaurant, que la cuinarà perquè la pugueu assaborir còmodament a la seva terrassa juntament amb una copa de cava ben freda, cervesa o refresc.
