Changelog Now while building a Tri you can choose exactly WHEN you'd like to practice your behavior - based on science! We know from habit-science research that by connecting your new healthy behaviors to defined events (such as meals), it helps to reinforce your memory and build healthy habits faster. In this version, while building your Tri, you can add an event to connect (or “piggyback”) your behavior to, and then set a customized nudge time to remind yourself and maximize your healthy habit formation!
