Introducing OCR Support for Scanning Assets using Freshservice mobile app


* Adding assets with updated information is now as easy as taking a picture with your phone. Asset managers can now use the Freshservice mobile app to take a picture of the product details snippet/sticker and add Assets to their Freshservice accounts with relevant information.

1. Added context-specific actions that you can apply right from the notifications
2. Removed the clutter for you
- Subsequent notifications on the same Ticket will be grouped together, so you aren't presented with multiple unimportant ones
- Notification tray will be cleaned out once you read the notifications from inside the app

Changelog Really excited to share about our update to Freshservice mobile app

* You asked for it, and we listened! Now you can filter and sort Ticket lists, on the go. You can create and save filters, look at the relevant tickets, all without needing to create and save a filter from Freshservice web portal.

* Enhancements to Ticket forms.

* Asset Description field now supports Rich Text.

* And as always, we've made a few bug fixes and other minor enhancements to the app.
