| Changelog | Just pin it 📌 Nope, we aren’t trying to be rude and we aren’t talking about Pinterest either! However, if you’re a busy 🐝 and participate in multiple conversations, this feature is for you! You can now select conversations and pin them to the top of your list. This way, you can always get back to conversations and not leave people at the blue tick, especially now that you’re WFH. (Stop seen-zoning me, Karthik!) Pinned conversations only stay on your mobile though. (Web coming soon!) |

| Changelog | We have added an unread messages ribbon that will appear in your active chat when you have, well...unread messages. No pressure tho, just trying to keep you all caught up on your conversations! You can also give your tender thumbs some rest with our new ‘scroll to bottom’ feature that automatically takes you to the latest message in your active chat. So, how about a thumbs up now? |

| Changelog | The North remembers. And so does Freshconnect! Now, if you log out of the app and come back to login later, the domain field will be pre-filled with the domain you used to log in the last time. Also, earlier, you used to get notifications for each Freshconnect discussion separately in the notification tray, which could be annoying. We've changed that, and now you'll see all notifications neatly grouped under a single tab in your notification tray. We also did some bug fixes and improvements. |

| Changelog | It’s been a while since we used pigeons (owls if you’re a Potter fan!) to courier messages to each other and we sure hope today’s tech is more reliable. With this update, if you send a message on Freshconnect, rest assured that it will be delivered (or not). If the message hasn’t been delivered though, you will know instantly and will have the option to resend that message or to remove it entirely. What’s left unsaid… We’ve also used more of that bug spray and the app should work better now. |
