The Simon Controls application is a small widget that should help you to reduce your cigarette consume. Every time you smoke a cigarette you must press the “Smoke-Button”. The application will show you the:
• absolute count you pushed that button.
• money you spend for that count of cigarettes
• time you should properly wait until you smoke your next cigarette.
The suggested time to wait before you smoke your next cigarette is calculated by the average time between the last smoked cigarettes and a moderation factor.
If you will always wait until the suggested time is reached (color changed from red to green) before you smoke your next cigarette the interval between smoking cigarettes will be slowly increased. At least it should be big enough that you will be able to stop smoking permanent.
After two days of smoking no cigarette the view of the widget will change. As motivation now the count of days without smoking a cigarette will be shown. Also a guessed count of cigarettes and its costs based on your smoking behavior observed before will be shown.
Notice:
If you really want to stop smoking it will not be enough to download this application. You also must to be willing to use it and to stop smoking. I can’t give any guarantee that this application will help you.
