If you mess anything up beyond simple repair just delete the widget and add it again.
*Don't add the new widget through the UCCW editor as the widgets will not show up in the list. You must make a whole new widget by long pressing your home screen.*

scroll to the bottom of the UCCW editor
Click a hotspot and choose what you'd like to change it to.
Once you're done editing...
go back into your app drawer >UCCW >phone menu >Lock widgets (hotspot folders) >press "on".
Enjoy your awesome screen!
