How to install Flip and Shake Screen Off / On for PC?

How to install Flip and Shake Screen Off / On APK for PC (Windows and MAC)?

• Step 4: Open Android Emulator and Drag and Drop file com.mobtower.flip.shake_1.0.6.apk you have downloaded in step 3 to Emulator screen
• Step 5: Enable "Unknown source" if need
• Step 6: You Already install Flip and Shake Screen Off / On APK, now you can open it
