FitWithAmie is a professional online application that enables you to manage your nutrition plans, workout programs and fitness targets all in one place to optimise your fitness journey.
You will be able to log in to FitWithAmie by using the username and password given to you by your fitness coach. Once logged in, you will have access to your own private, personal profile where you will find your personalised, calorie-counted meal plans, macro targets + goal-specific fitness workouts updated accordingly for you by your fitness coach.
All fitness workouts include video demonstrations for each given exercise to ensure optimal technique.
Whilst logged in to your profile you are able to personally upload your fortnightly assessment progress photos and current weight, in order for your coach to monitor your progression. You will be able to tick completed workouts as you go, whilst also having the ability to add your own workouts in for any extra you might do aside from your workout plan.
FitWithAmie has a chat messenger where both you and your coach can hold direct conversations.
To really optimise accuracy with your daily expenditure, FitWithAmie also works in correspondence with FitBit and AppleWatch. To set this up, please contact your coach for help on syncing your device.
