This app creates a Notification Listener Service that listens to all the notifications that arrive on your phone (with your permission). It then sends a text message to your own phone with the information of each notification. By setting up the text message notifications on your Fitbit, you receive all notifications via text messages.
DISCLAIMER: Please use this application only if you have an unlimited text message service from your carrier. If you don't have unlimited text message service you may go over your monthly limit for sending/receiving text messages. I will try to send other types of messages (such as WhatsApp message, Google Hangout message) in the future.
NOTE: THIS IS AN ALPHA APP AND HAS ISSUES. EXERCISE CAUTION WHILE USING.
KNOWN ISSUES:
1. If you have a permanent notification that updates its information regularly, such as a RAM usage tracking notification, this will cause the Fitbit Notifications app to continuously send out text
messages! At this time the only fix is to disable such permanent notifications.
2. If a download is occurring, which issues a notification that tracks the download progress, the Fitbit Notification app sends out a new text message every time the download progress is updated. I
will attempt to filter out such notifications in the future.
