Creating dynamic forms (from https://ezeeforms.com/ portal) with the use of Own hierarchy
We can create the first Group and Subgroup respective to your hierarchy
We can create some kind of survey form
1. Customer/ Employee Satisfaction Form,

Features are as follows
1. We can create our forms for 6 specific categories like Office, Staff, Beneficiary, Public, None, and global public.
2. We can validate your forms
