EverTemplate can help you. It lets you to create your templates in one of the Specific Notebooks in your Evernote account. EverTemplate fetches those templates and keeps it handy for you. When you need to create a note using a template, it's just a click away. Really saves a lot of time. You don't need to to copy content from your "template note" to the actual note

User Manual:
Creating Templates:
Create templates as normal notes in Evernote. You can use any client for creating templates. You can create using Evernote App, Web App, Evernote for Windows etc. Make sure that you store all your templates in one specific Notebook. You should provide this information to EverTemplate
Using EverTemplate:
* Install EverTemplate and run
* For the first time, it will ask you to Login to your Evernote account and Approve access of the data to EverTemplate.
* Goto menu->Options->Select Default Notebook for templates and select your Notebook which has all your templates and go back to Main screen
* From now on you can select any template from main screen which will Launch Evernote App using your template as note in your default Notebook
* Options Menu:
* Select Default Template Notebook
* Select Date format
* Select Time format
Place Holders:
You can use following place holders, which will be replaced by actual values when notes are created
* <TODAY> - Todays Date
* <TIME> - Current System Time
* <TOMORROW> - Tomorrow's date
* <YESTERDAY> - Yesterday's date
* <DAY> - Day of the week
* <MONTH> - 3 character Month
* <YEAR> - Current year
Future Plans:
* You can choose the destination notebook
* Tag handling
* Place Holders
* <LOCATION> - Your current location
* Schedule to create notes using predefined templates in certain time/ schedule
* Maintain Shared templates and user can copy to their local repository
Known issues:
Currently following features are not working
1. Bullet points
2. Tables
3. Ever note to-do items
4. When template notebook is selected, it hangs for few people. ** fixed it** (2-Jul-2014)
