This simple easy to use app will help you to integrate meditation into your everyday life
* Take a minute every hour!
The app allows you to choose a time every day to set an alarm to remind you to take between 1 - 4
minutes to focus on your breath, a picture or just silence.
Adding this to your hectic routine will shift mind set and help you to focus more.
* Take 7 minutes listening to nature
Take a break and drift into the sound of nature to relax your mind at any time of the day.
* Take around 15 minutes for a guided or music only meditation
Allow yourself to take some time in, just be there and you will be guided through a meditation. Then
take a moment to notice how you feel after.
This app is the result of the knowledge, wisdom and learning from my many meditation teachers along the way. Also, phenomenal guidance and support from my family, friends and others.
