El Bloque de Organizaciones No Gubernamentales Inc. (BONGs), representa una de las principales articulaciones de la sociedad civil organizada de la República Dominicana. En su esfuerzo unificador desde 1996 ha logrado desarrollar en forma única en la nación el mayor programa de mejoramiento de las capacidades gerenciales de los trabajadores sociales, beneficiando en forma sostenida a cientos de líderes en diversas áreas y transformándoles en agentes multiplicadores en sus comunidades.

El BONGs unifica, coordina y estimula el intercambio reciproco, institucional y técnico en el seno del sector ONGs, generando la cooperación y facilitando la implementación de iniciativas y proyectos sociales en los sectores de ínfima clase.

Se nos considera la estructura social que más consultas sobre temas puntuales y de actualidad realiza, consustancialmente con su programa cívico de fortalecimiento democrático, institucional, con atención especial a las modalidades de transparencia como mecanismos anticorrupción.

El crecimiento impresionante de este consorcio de ONGs ha logrado acercar a las instituciones ubicadas en lugares apartados y extremadamente marginados con las entidades más representativas de las principales ciudades, facilitando el cumplimiento de la misión social en forma concertada.

The NGO Block Inc. (bongs) represents one of the major joints of civil society organizations in the Dominican Republic. In its unifying effort since 1996 has developed uniquely in the nation's largest program for improving managerial skills of social workers, benefiting steadily hundreds of leaders in various fields and transforming them into multipliers in their communities.

The bongs unifies, coordinates and promotes mutual, institutional and technical exchange within the NGO sector, generating cooperation and facilitating the implementation of initiatives and social projects in the fields of tiny class.

We are considered the social structure that further consultations on specific issues and current hits, consubstantially their civic democratic program, institutional strengthening, with special mechanisms for transparency and anti-corruption mechanisms attention.

The impressive growth of the NGO consortium has managed to bring the institutions located in remote areas and extremely marginalized with the most representative of major cities institutions, facilitating the fulfillment of the social mission in concert.
